- allrecipies - Yet another comprehensive online font of culinary wisdom and intelligence. Too many of these sites is not enough, I tell you.
- Barbecue Recipe Book - Strange little portal featuring results (sometimes misspelled) of web searches for BBQ/grilling-related material. Still useful.
- Campfire Cooking - A fascinating little website put up by "the readers and editors of Missouri Conservationist magazine."
- Cooking School - About Beef - Learn about freshness, quality grades, cuts, and serving sizes here. Invaluable!
- Fabulous Foods - Excellent and enthusiastic grilling recipies, simple enough for even a dolt like me to knock out in a pinch.
- Fish 4 Fun - Need help or ideas for grilling fish, shellfish, and seafood? This and this are the places to go.
- Food Network - Yes, that cable channel. This site is a playground, a festival for anyone who likes to cook.
- Food Reference Website - Straight-forward and no-frills, this is where you go to look up confusing cooking terms or alternative food names.
- Kingsford Barbeque - Oh my gods. Kingsford puts out its own grilling website. This is like Hendrix coming back from the dead to teach you guitar. (Check out their sister site, Match Light, for grilling basics.)
- NPR and Mark Bittman (author of How To Cook Everything) - Grilled pizza bianca, grilled fruit with ginger syrup, and grilled butterflied lamb with herbs. Mm!
- VegWeb - Amazingly, even people who don't eat dead animals still think they like the taste of... of... food-that-isn't-meat, heated over burning coals/wood. Go figure.
- About.com: Grilling Equipment - "How to buy a charcoal grill", comparison within the market, etc. Very useful.
- About.com: Building a Barbecue - Resources and instructions on how to build your own grill! Assuming you have your own property. Stupid to do this at your apartment.
- Cajun Grill and Smoker - You can buy this impressive device here (or not, starting at $680!!), or just browse for grilling tips and other fascinating things.
- Family Fun - An article on basic grilling maintenance and tips. Good to brush up on, to see what you've been missing.
- Outdoor-Grill-Gear.com - An online market for all grilling and grilling-related and smacks-of-grilling and kinda-sorta-but-not-really-grilling-anymore supplies.
- The Great American Spice Company - "World's Largest Spice Store": wonder how they swing that?
- igourmet.com - What's that? You've got wads of cash burning holes in your pockets? Well, you best head on over here and shop for poncey spices, my friend!
- Northwest Grilling - Steak and seafood suppliers, you can order meatstuffs online and have them shipped directly to you. Hey, why not?
- Oriental Merchant - "Your Asian Food Specialist". Good place to poke around for interesting seasonings, spices, sauces, etc.

- #1 Amazing Drink Archive! - Hmm, you can be the judge of that, whether you're amazed or not. Another alcohol information resource.

- Liquorama - As long as you're ordering your meat and supplies online, might as well shop here for your booze.
- Webtender - Now that you've got the meal, you need to know what to drink with it, right? Here, you can also see what can be made from your current liquor cabinet, too.
